Pickup windows

We currently offer two regular pickup windows each week, with occasional holiday exceptions.

Friday evening

5:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Saturday morning

10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

FAQ

Is my order confirmed after I submit?+

No. Submitting the form sends a request only. Your order is confirmed only after we reply with availability details and your payment has been completed.

When can I pick up?+

Regular pickup windows are Friday evening and Saturday morning. If you need something different, mention it in your request and we’ll confirm what may be possible.

Where is pickup?+

Pickup is in the Etobicoke area. The exact address is shared after your request has been confirmed and paid.

How do payments work?+

E-transfer is the preferred payment method. Stripe can also be offered when needed. Payment is required before your order is confirmed.

What about allergies?+

Little Batch Bakery operates from a home kitchen where common allergens may be present, including wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and almonds. Care is taken with ingredients and storage, but we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please review our Ingredient & Allergen Guide before ordering.

Can I order for a gift, event, or local drop-off?+

Yes. You can mention gift or event details in your request. Local drop-off within Etobicoke may be available for an additional fee, depending on timing and availability.

How fresh are the treats?+

They are freshest the first few days. Store in an airtight container at room temperature unless otherwise noted. Best enjoyed within 3 days. Tartlets may have different storage instructions depending on the filling, and those details will be provided with your order.

What is your changes, cancellations, and pickup policy?+

If you need to correct your request, please let us know within 24 hours of placing it. Because orders are made to order, late cancellations may be subject to a partial refund only, depending on how much preparation has already started. Orders not picked up during the confirmed window, without an approved alternate arrangement, are forfeited and non-refundable.
